This website is run by Delphic Intelligence, Inc. (“Delphic Labs”, “we”, “us”), a Delaware corporation. By using it you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the website. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.

2. Illustrative data. Not advice, not an offer

The risk scores, maps, globes, figures and articles on this website are illustrative. They are not a live or complete assessment of any location, asset, event or risk, and they may be out of date, incomplete or wrong.

Nothing on this website is investment, trading, insurance, legal, tax or other professional advice, or a recommendation to do or not do anything. Nothing on this website is an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any security, financial instrument, derivative, insurance or reinsurance product, or to enter into any transaction.

Using this website does not make us your adviser, broker, agent or insurer. Any product or service we describe may not be available where you are.

You are responsible for your own decisions. Get independent professional advice before acting on anything you read here.

3. Using the website

You may browse the website for your own information. Please don’t:

• copy, scrape or extract scores, maps or other data from the website, by automated means or otherwise, or build a database or product from them;
• interfere with the website or its security, or try to access parts of it that aren’t meant to be public;
• use the website for anything unlawful, or to send us anything unlawful, harmful or misleading.

The website, its content, data, scores, software and design belong to us or our licensors. Apart from viewing them as described in section 3, you may not reuse them without our written permission. Third-party components, such as map data and fonts, are used under their own licences.

Your use of the website is at your sole risk. We provide it on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no guarantee that the website or its content will meet your requirements, or be accurate, complete, available or free of errors.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, and disputes go to the state or federal courts in Delaware, except where the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim in your local courts.
