Privacy Policy
What personal data this website collects, why, and what you can do about it.
Who we are
Delphic Intelligence, Inc. (“Delphic Labs”, “we”, “us”), a Delaware corporation, decides how the personal data collected through this website is used. In data protection law that makes us the controller.
Questions or requests about your data: privacy@delphiclabs.ai. We have not appointed a data protection officer.

This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers, and it loads no third-party scripts or fonts. If you close the announcement bar, your browser stores that choice locally so the bar stays hidden. That setting never leaves your device.
You don’t have to give us any personal data to use this website. If you don’t, we can’t add you to our lists or reply to you. We don’t make decisions about you based solely on automated processing.
Who we share it with
We use service providers for website hosting, data storage and sending email. They process the data only on our instructions.
Our email provider also stores the emails we receive and send, including replies to your messages.
We don’t sell personal data or share it for advertising. We may disclose it if the law requires us to.
International transfers
We are a US company, and we and our service providers may process personal data in the United States and the European Union. Where EU or UK personal data is transferred to the United States, we rely on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (and its UK Extension) where the recipient is certified, and otherwise on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses, with the UK Addendum for UK data. You can ask us for a copy of these safeguards at privacy@delphiclabs.ai.
How long we keep it
- Early-access and research lists: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, and no longer than 24 months after our last email to you.
- Messages: for as long as we need to deal with your enquiry, and no longer than 12 months after the conversation ends.
- Technical data: for the short period our hosting provider keeps request logs.
Your rights
You can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, send it to you or another organisation in a portable format, or stop using it (object). Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time; this doesn’t affect anything we did before. Every email we send has an unsubscribe link, or write to privacy@delphiclabs.ai.
Your right to object. Where we rely on our legitimate interests, you can object at any time to our use of your data, on grounds relating to your situation. We will then stop, unless we have compelling legitimate grounds that override your interests, or need the data to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
We answer requests within one month. You can also complain to a data protection authority: in the UK the Information Commissioner’s Office; in the EU the authority in your country (list of EU authorities). We’d appreciate the chance to resolve it with you first.
Security
Everything sent to and from this website is encrypted (HTTPS). Only people at Delphic who need your data can access it.
Children
This website is meant for professionals. We don’t knowingly collect data from children.
Changes
If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top of this page. If the change matters, we’ll tell people on the early-access list by email.
